I love going to Legends to get my teeth cleaned, but today was something that had me shaking my head,the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was poking me in the lip as she was leaning over me(Now my lip is swollen) I had to tell her don’t do that again And I got nothing from her. I had to ask again did you hear me? I just don’t know why I can’t get the same person every time I go back. The person I had at my previous appointment was great.I kinda knew it was gonna be a bad day when she poked her head into the waiting room, there were only two people in the room, me and another guy,she’s calling my name and looking around as if I’m not even there SMH I’m sorry I had to leave this review. I love you dr ford!

Stumbled upon this professional and friendly office when reuniting with the master dentist, Robert “Dr. Bob” Balcar, DDS. I would be negligent for not stating that Dr. Bob has performed a miracle of restorative dentistry on my choppers over the past 5 years. He’s one in a million! However, I also received a polite welcome from Dr. Matthew Ford upon arrival, which was indicative of my overall experience. The ladies running the front desk are quite personable; Vivian has proven to be a charmer. And finally, I was fortunate enough to receive the most amazing and thorough teeth cleaning from the lovely Nestina. Without a doubt, an inviting atmosphere and solid people made this transition to a new dental office easier than walking and chewing sugar-free gum at the same time. Thank you to the entire Legends team for making me feel at home.

It’s unusual to say that it’s a pleasure to go visit the Dentist office but Dr. Matt and the Staff at Legends Dental make you feel like special patients at your arrival and during your visit each and every time. They are a fabulous family dental practice. But I want to touch on a more specific instance, and how they always go above and beyond for their clients. Our son was suffering from some pain in his tooth, little did we know the poor guy had an abscess and infection! We needed immediate care and support, and Legends Family Dental Care came to the rescue! Not only do they always go above and beyond in their care, they got us in asap and got our 10yr old back in good spirits and no pain! By far the best dentist in the valley! Cannot recommend enough!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Every time I come to Legends, I am greeted and known by name the second I walk in the door. I've been coming here for years and although some staff has changed over the years, it hasn't changed the care they provide. They've even helped me research the best coverage for nightguard care with my insurance policy. They always go above and beyond!

Best dentist I have had. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Dr Ford is very good at explaining what work needs to be done. He is also great at prioritizing the work and he is mindful of your costs. Great dentist!

Have had world class service from the team at legends family dental, starting from the time i first called I was already impressed, Then after receiving work done i knew i had finally found somewhere that i feel l comfortable at. Have had lots of work done here, everything always is pain free with quick recoveries which we’re always my two biggest fears of having work done. They definitely live up to their name and highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend dentist. Staff was wonderful, explained everything they were doing and why, and they didn’t try to push anything on me. Didn’t try to tell me how bad my tongue ring was for my teeth (I know the risks of it). The staff was pleasant and friendly with each other too, making jokes and asking each other if they need help. When I told them dental procedures gives me severe anxiety they asked if I needed any accommodations. Great sense of humor in there too.

I have been going to this place for many years. Dr. Ford and his team are excellent, they are well trained, friendly and professional. During the covid years, I hesitated to visit any dentists, but this place offered me a very clean and separate room so I could overcome my fear. Yesterday, I was very pleased when they took time to take xray and replace my cracked implant crown and now I could chew my food comfortably. I would like to thank Dr. Ford for his kindness and honesty for taking care of my teeth with an affordable cost.

I can't not thank Dr. Ford and his caring staff enough! I can actually eat without pain. I had my crown replaced by 3 dentists and still couldn't chew without pain or food getting in-between the molars..... Dr. Ford fixed that issue.

Dr. Ford and his team repaired a badly cracked tooth for me this morning. It was a quite invasive process and I expected that I would be in significant pain by now. Best dentist I've ever had hands down. Not once have i ever left disappointed. The staff is friendly and personal, i get text reminders day before my appointment as well as an hour before my appointment, they text me every so many months or so to remind me I'm sure for a check up. I've lived in fear of dentists die to previous bad experiences most of my whole life, but after going here, I'll never use any other dentist no matter what. Can't hardly even put into words the level of gratitude i have for them!

I've been going here for years. They are up to date in their technology (which for me is huge), the customer service is excellent, the staff is very friendly. I went to another dentist to get my teeth cleaned one time and the dentist and hygienist was good but the office staff and atmosphere really made me not want to come back. So I really appreciate a good all around experience when I can find it. In addition Dr. Ford is a really honest guy with integrity and is a master of his craft. I would highly recommend coming here if you want good honest service. (Hard to find these days).
